Miami Valley Hosta Society

Stimulating the Knowledge and Love of Hostas

You have arrived at the online home of the Miami Valley Hosta Society of Dayton, Ohio, and the surrounding region.

To the casual observer, it’s possible to assume that our name and our slogan – Stimulating the Knowledge and Love of Hostas – say it all. But our members understand that this is merely our “calling card” and that there is much more in store to delight active gardeners and those that appreciate their gardens.

Our website is designed to give you an introduction into our interests, our activities, and the enjoyment we share – whether on member-garden hops, special overnight trips to notable garden spots away from home, or hearing authorities speak on topics to keep us informed and more adventurous in our own home gardens.

We invite you to take a look around… then, if you like what you see, consider joining our society. Just click the “JOIN NOW” button below and check it out.

It would be our pleasure to welcome you as a new member of The Miami Valley Hosta Society.
